There’s not much to summarize here. Hardwire is waiting in, and destroying, Hardcase’s house. The whole comic is just them battling while Rex Mundi prepares his “NM-E” (Nanotech Mechanized Entity I finally learn). When Hardcase finally takes Hardwire down, NME moves in. Odds are the next comic is just going to be their fight.
What they got right: At least it’s a really darn good fight.
What they got wrong: Except we still need to resolve the Choice kidnapping and this feels like a distraction. The 90s art really rears its head in a few panels, and being the larger panels they stand out more.
What I think overall: It’s a good fight but not much else. I’m more concerned with what those other people want with Choice. Solve that, and then I might be more invested in Hardwire and NM-E. They can be done anytime but this is kind of important.
