I liked Matrix but not as Supergirl. Bring her back as her own character. The angel thing wasn’t for me but they might find a way to make her work without being Kara. I’ve already gone over my issues with Tom King’s “traumatized” Kara and how it could be done better. I like traditional Kara because she’s the type of hero that should be Supergirl, not the angry mess of the New 52, the broken Tom King variety that inspired James Gunn, or the second Super Hero Girls essentially making her into Rainbow Dash. (No offense, Lauren Faust, but I think Shea Fontana understood her better unless Cartoon Network were the ones who insisted you repeat yourself. Super Best Friends Forever showed you could get her more accurate.)
I don’t miss Kandor, but I’m glad Krypto is back, and Streaky should still be Kara’s super pet.
