I finally decided to rummage through the “scans_daily” website, find images of Bart as Kid Flash, and create a collage effect. Hot Pursuit comes courtesy of an ad for the upcoming “Flashpoint” arc in the Flash titles, and I had to draw the gun-bearing arm myself.
