Stan Bush, the most well-known contributor to the animated Transformers movie soundtrack back in the 1980’s (I don’t think people even realize a group called Lion actually did the theme song for the movie), is the subject of an interview on the Saturday Supercast, hosted by another BW Fave, Jerzy Drozd. It’s like two of my favs coming together. Actually, it is.

If you know Stan Bush and Transformers, you’ve already heard “The Touch” plenty of times, but my favorite of his songs from the movie is “Dare”. “The Touch” is good, but THIS is more my musical energy.

And he’s still making Transformers music. I’ve already made note of his remake of “The Touch”, but one of this newest, “Till All Are One”, was intended for the Bay film (and in the interview he gives the origin of the song), but has instead found a home in the War For Cybertron game.
