Being crowded didn’t help, either.

I was trying to decide what comic I wanted to do for ComiCONN. One thought I had was getting different creators to drawn our heroes in their style and making strips out of them. However, it was really crowded. I’ll go more into ComiCONN tomorrow night but we have Sunday stuff to get over.

By the way, Jake is portraying Larry Forest and Leon is playing Bolts, characters from Luke Foster’s Moon Freight 3. I ran into Luke at two out of three cons this year and if you follow my Twitter feed you know I’m a fan of his work, including his new comic, an all-ages series called The Center of Somewhere. Plus you may notice he’s one of the inspirations for the eyes as far back as “proto-Jake”.

  • Reviewers Unknown: I’ve been letting the Furman Files articles lapse for too long. With Furman resuming the Marvel Universe version of Transformers I need to fix this. That means getting RU up to speed.

There was only one comic last week that even had a scene worthy of a Best Scene nomination. So Godzilla: The Half-Century War easily won the week.

I’m going to pull back a bit on the convention panels for a while because I want to get the highlight and interview videos done. The panels will still be coming and video reviews will be on the way as well. So back to it.
