This insult I don’t understand. Especially when I look at the later color shorts I see a lot of attention to detail, well drawn and animated characters and backgrounds, and work that still holds up today. Even the old ones have their own charm to it, while Mickey and Minnie’s car starts singing along or whatever. How did “Mickey Mouse” become synonymous with something that looks bad?
- The Clutter Reports: Speaking of things that look better than you’d think, I broke out the HeroClix I’ve been getting on Free Comic Book Days and gave them a rave review. Give it a look.
- Reviewers Unknown: Well, I’ve put off their suffering long enough. RU gets introduced to the final mini-series of Rob Liefeld’s Battlestar Galactica comics with the only good part about Journey’s End–before the silly time-travel elements killed what little joy there was left in the run.

I have a wedding to go to on Saturday, but my work schedule this week will either open the door to some more commentaries or possibly the next BW Panelling. We’ll find out together!
