Jake & Leon #258: The Collection

However big you think it is, you’re probably lowballing it.

I have some bad news. Either the new Crohn’s medicine isn’t doing well with me or the Crohn’s itself is flaring up coincidentally as I change medications. Either way I spent most of the day lying down and I don’t have any comic reviews up for Monday as a result. I am planning to get the Animated Bible entry up and maybe the morning article link but getting the comic done this week at all was a chore. Hopefully I’ll be ready by Thursday, where Star Wars comic reviews will be going into the distant past, during the days of the Old Republic, as Dark Horse explored this unknown point in Star Wars History.

I was able to write this week’s Clutter Report before I took a bad turn this weekend. If you’ve been following the Chapter By Chapter of The Black Stallion’s Ghost I have my final thoughts on the book. As for the next Chapter By Chapter book, it’s not going to be the one I was planning. If you’ve paid attention to the aforementioned comic reviews you may already know what’s coming, but I was planning to wait until a later date. Except the book I planned has so many chapters that even if I do a chapter a week, which I plan to do starting next month, it wouldn’t be done by that date. Neither will this book, come to think of it, which means I’ll still be reviewing the book when the movie comes out. I can live with that.

Now if you’ll excuse me I’m going to go back to being sick.
