Hollywood seems to enjoy jumping a few steps ahead rather than focusing on what’s going on now as of late. This includes Disney-owned Lucasfilm as they’re already planning the next trilogy after Abrams’ three-parter ends. Rian Johnson, who is directing the upcoming The Last Jedi gives some hints as to how he’s approaching his trilogy. I just hope Disneyfilm isn’t also jumping the gun on this.
