Have you seen the trailers for a movie called Dundee, about the son of Crocodile Dundee? Well, it’s right above this paragraph. Have a look. Does this sound like something you want to see?
Well that’s too bad isn’t it? Apparently this movie doesn’t really exist. I’ll show you the explanation from Midnight’s Edge After Dark (warning: bad language happens) as to what this is really all about. Also, learn that certain people hate the original movies, despite having the perfect name for a Dundee enemy/ripoff.
So why do this? Apparently this is part of a Super Bowl ad to promote Australian tourism. If you want to see more of the gag, they went all out, with a YouTube channel and even an official website. So who’s disappointed out there?
UPDATE: In a video just posted by Midnight’s Edge After Dark there’s some speculation as to whether that’s actually the case and how it could work.

Thanks for sharing this, Tronix! I truly hope that these are ads for a real Crocodile Dundee, Jr. movie. I would be willing to pay money to see this film in a movie theater. Such a movie could also remind people all over the world about what a great tourism destination Australia is. Let’s see what happens!
