I always wondered about that guy! Not nearly as interesting as those three guys running away from Superman on the Action Comics #1 cover, or even those two roof thugs getting ambushed by Batman on Detective #27, but interesting to know that he’s been in more than just one story.

The guys from Action Comics are the thugs who kidnapped Lois because she wouldn’t dance with their boss, Superman’s first meeting with her as Superman.
