I rage quit the fourth movie (I can’t even be bothered to look up the title), and only came back for Bumblebee because of the reviews, plus he’s my favorite Autobot in classic continuities so I had to do my own. Rise Of The Beasts was okay but not that great. I was lucky enough to have access to it long enough to do a review. I just ask one thing:
DO NOT BREAK OUT THE “MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE” LINE AGAIN! THEY DID IT EVERY MOVIE AND I’M SICK OF IT! YOU’VE RUINED THE TAGLINE BY SHOVING IT IN WITHOUT THOUGHT AND BEAT THE HORSE TO DEATH!!!!
Yes, I’m that sick of them forcing it in. Also, no more Optimus deaths or being forced out of the picture for dumb reasons. You want Optimus gone? Having him send Autobots out on a mission and stay at HQ until he’s needed. There’s more than one way to sideline Optimus but we have to do the die-and-return in every continuity because the first movie did it once. That’s what the apology tour should have been about. Not that they did it, but that they won’t stop doing it!
