Super Grover’s been…BATMANED!
It seems like so many heroes are being written with the Batman or Spider-Man origin, where the hero’s parents die. I don’t recall ever hearing about Grover’s dad, but he’s close to his mom, and she’s appeared on the show, so I figure “they” would kill her off. I don’t know which “friends” were also fridged, but I honestly think they’d pull this.
I was going to try to update the costume, try and give it the Jim Lee treatment, but then I came across a change in his uniform, dubbed officially “Super Grover 2.0”, from when I used to watch Sesame Street. It looked cool and I just wanted to draw it.
