As I being to pull away from E3, I thought this a good time to showcase another of my favorite short web series. Unskippable usually features video game cutscenes given the MST3K treatment (or for you young folks, Rifftracks). Tonight, however, they take a look at three different E3 trailers, featuring Greek Warriors, a movie/video game legend reborn, and mind control. Which would totally rock were they one game, I know.

Graham Stark and Paul Saunders won a contest to produce a new series for gaming culture site The Escapist (which also houses the more famous Zero Punctuation, another show I happen to enjoy). They also have a gaming sketch comedy site, LoadingReadyRun which I haven’t had the chance to check out, but if this show is any indication, it should be pretty good.
Usually the show has the duo riffing on those long, boring opens that gives video game cut scenes a bad name. If you liked this, you should check out the rest of the series, including an entire month dedicated to Metal Gear Solid 4.
