It’s that time again. Christmas. I love Christmas and I dedicate a lot of articles to Christmas media. Music, specials, movies, comics, video games–all of that good stuff. This year things are kind of tough. The new owners of my paying job want to actually pay me, and they do that by giving me a lot of work hours. That leaves less time for blogging, Christmas shopping, and working on this year’s comic and video review specials for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. That’s where you come in.
I make this appeal every year and every year I don’t get a response. But this year I really need your help to make some good Christmas-themed postings. I don’t have time to run around the internet finding good Christmas sites and I don’t want to just say “check out my previous Christmas Spotlight entries” (although you should, some of the videos I embedded or linked to might actually be working still). So I’m asking you, either through the Contact page, Twitter, or some other method, to send me some good Christmas themed websites, specials and Christmas songs (or covers) that don’t get enough attention, or whatever you’d like to see on the site. I’ll go over it and see if it’s something I think belongs here. (Both the site in general and Christmas Spotlight specifically–and note that just being set at Christmas isn’t enough for me, I don’t care what you think about Die Hard.) If so I’ll give it a spot in the Christmas Spotlight.
In the meantime, back to work on this year’s specials.
