You may have heard the story of Jeffery Baldwin, a boy who died tragically when he and his sister were horribly treated by their grandparents. Toronto wanted to create a statue in his memory dressed as his favorite superhero, Superman, but DC was worried about having their character connected to this tragedy until the fans spoke up in favor of the statue. In this report from Comics Alliance‘s Matt D. Wilson, the statue is finally public.
